In a recent survey, it has been found that more than five million people in the United States are living with Alzheimer’s disease. What’s really disheartening is that half-a-million are under the age of 65. Alzheimer’s is a deadly disease that slowly robs people of the ability to think, speak and function. Although much research is left to be done in this field, studying your family history could help in predicting the occurrence of this disease in future as it may be in your genes.
