Sugar Substitutes may not fool your brain

According to a recent brain scanning study performed in the Netherlands, it has been found that although artificial sweeteners can fool our taste buds, they can’t do the same to our brain. This means there is no guarantee that people will consume fewer calories and avoid weight gain. Physical well-being therefore can not be guaranteed with sugar substitutes. But, mental health can be assured. This is possible by believing in the concept of “Brain Train” and practice scientifically proven brain exercises.
