Sugar Substitutes may not fool your brain
According to a recent brain scanning study performed in the Netherlands, it has been found that although artificial sweeteners can fool our taste buds, they can’t do the same to our brain. But, mental health can be assured. This is possible by believing in the concept of “Brain Train” and practice scientifically proven brain exercises.
